QuakeCon starts today and right off the bat they announce that an updated version of Quake is available on PC, Xbox, Playstation, and Switch right now. You can pick it up for $9.99 or if you have a Game Pass subscription it's available to play at no extra charge. The update includes the original game and its three expansions plus two brand new campaign add-ons made by MachineGames. Local and online co-op is supported for up to four players and an eight player multiplayer arena is available with crossplay between the various platforms.
