Pokémon Scarlet & Pokémon Violet Trailer

The Pokémon trailer launched this morning and even though it was only three minutes long they were able to show off a lot of new things. We got to see new professors, a new rival, and new Pokémon including the two new Legendary Pokémon which you can see below.

In a first for the Pokémon series, each version of the game will get their own unique Professor; Sada for Scarlet and Turo for Violet. They're also unique in that their names aren't based on trees either.

As far as the other new Pokémon go, say hello to Lechonk, Pawmi, and Smoliv.

The trailer also teased four player co-op but didn't elaborate beyond showing the four players running off in different directions. Considering that this is an open-world RPG it'll be interesting to see how that will work. We'll find out more when the game launches on November 18th. It's available now for preorder on the Nintendo eShop.
