Origin Forme Dialga and Palkia are coming to Pokémon GO as part of Pokémon GO Tour: Sinnoh. The event starts at Pokémon GO Tour: Sinnoh - Los Angeles where you'll not only be able to get their shiny form, but also their signature attack which kicks off a new feature called Adventure Effect. Origin Forme Dialga's signature move is Roar of Time and the Adventure Effect allows it to stop the timer for Incense, Daily Adventure Incense, Lucky Eggs, and Star Pieces for six minutes. That will cost 5,000 Stardust and five Dialga candy. You can max out the effect for a total of twenty-four hours.

Origin Forme Palkia's move is Spacial Rend which will allow encounters with Pokémon from further away for ten minutes at a time. 5k Stardust and five Palkia candy required. Much like Roar of Time, Spacial Rend can be increased to run for up to twenty-four hours. Adventure Effects have one restriction though. You can't use more than one at a time.

One thing to be aware of is that while you can remotely participate in the raids to fight either one, the shiny forms and the signature moves are locked behind the Pokémon GO Tour: Sinnoh - Los Angeles ticket. Once the Global event starts the moves and shiny forms will be available however.
