Master Ball Coming to Pokémon GO

Next week the final part of the current Special Research, Rising Heroes, will introduce its final part and with it a new reward. For the first time in Pokémon GO the Master Ball will be a reward for completing Rising Heroes. Much like the mainline games, the Master Ball will catch any Pokémon guaranteed. That means any Pokémon from Lure Modules, Raids, Daily Adventure Incense, etc. Niantic doesn't mention if the ball will be lost from a bad throw or a Pokémon knocking it away though it seems unlikely that they would allow that to happen.
