Killer Instinct Anniversary Edition

It's been ten years since the launch of the new Killer Instinct and developer Iron Galaxy has announced a big update in celebration. First off, the new Anniversary Edition is out now. The Base Game is still free to play on all platforms with one free weekly rotating Fighter and access to Singleplayer, Local, and Ranked Modes. If you own the game already the Anniversary Edition is a free upgrade otherwise you can buy it for $29.99 USD. Many of the twenty-nine playable characters did get some balance adjustments the following did not:

  • Characters with no balance adjustments

  • Sabrewulf

  • TJ Combo

  • Kan-Ra

  • Riptor

  • Hisako

  • Cinder

  • Shadow Jago

  • Arbiter

  • Mira

  • Kilgore
