Those who were hoping for more Elden Ring have had their wish answered. FromSoft revealed yesterday that a brand-new game set in the Elden Ring universe is coming next year. It all starts off with a network test in February. This entry is directed by Junya Ishizaki and will be more co-op focused than FromSoft's other games with up to three people playing at once. You're also going to be playing as specific characters as the press release states: "Take command of uniquely skilled heroes, each possessing their own abilities and distinct flair." The game's website lists the genre as co-op action survival. Based on the descriptions this sounds like it will be more of roguelike than past titles.
