Darkrai in Pokémon Brillant Diamond and Shining Pearl

From April 1st to the 30th, you can get the Member Card from the Mystery Gift function by selecting Get Via Internet. In order to get it, though, you need to have first entered the Hall of Fame and have the National Pokédex. Afterwards you can head to Newmoon Island where you will find Darkrai.
