The Bethesda Launcher is shutting down on May 11th and migrating your account over to Steam will start this week on April 27th. Save data and progression should carry over automatically, but in some cases they may need to be manually moved. This transfer is for Steam only and there is no option to move it to a different PC service or onto a console. Though the launcher is shutting down, a Bethesda.net account is still required so don't get rid of that. The exact details on how to migrate are not yet available, but should be coming shortly. You can see more info and their FAQ at the link above.
